These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Topline Transport mobile application, website, and on-demand mini-truck logistics services (collectively, the "Service"). 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Topline Transport, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using Topline Transport, you represent that you meet these requirements.
3. Your Account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Use of the Service
Topline Transport connects customers needing goods transport with independent driver-partners operating mini-trucks. We act as a technology platform that facilitates these bookings. Topline Transport does not own the vehicles and is not the transporter of the goods unless expressly stated.
5. Bookings & Cancellations
- A booking is confirmed once a driver-partner accepts your request.
- You may cancel a booking subject to the cancellation policy shown in the app.
- Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel after a driver has been assigned or has begun travelling to the pickup location.
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings in cases of suspected fraud or policy violation.
6. Pricing & Payments
Fares are calculated based on distance, vehicle type, waiting time, applicable surge pricing, tolls, and taxes. The estimated fare is shown before you confirm a booking; the final fare may vary based on the actual route and waiting time.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to transport prohibited or hazardous goods.
- Misrepresent the nature, weight, or quantity of goods being transported.
- Harass, threaten, or abuse driver-partners or our support staff.
- Attempt to circumvent, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the platform.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Topline Transport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe is harmful to other users, driver-partners, or Topline Transport.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
